Deposit – Reservation for one apartment at Hiljadnikov Apartments Stip

All students who will be accommodated in “Hiljadnikov” apartments pay a one-time deposit (reservation/damage guarantee).
When moving out, in order for the deposit to be returned all the fees about the apartment has to be payed first, and the apartment and all the amnesties has to be without damages.
*By paying the deposit/reservation, the student reserves one apartment, before the arrival must submit complete documentation for accommodation,(Acceptance Letter by University, Contract for Accommodation by “Hiljadnikov” Apartments) otherwise the reservation fails and the funds are not returned.
*If the student cancels his accommodation, or terminate the agreement before due time the funds are not returned.
